Baby Banks story 💛

Every birth story on here I share I get to take a few minutes and really condense what makes every beautiful and unique birth so special. Let me tell you. It is never easy highlighting just how incredible it is to watch these women make these incredible moments in their lives, come true in such a small amount of time that I can fit into an Instagram post.

I literally never get sick of watching a woman create pure magic in her body, then watch her give birth as her heart leaves her to live and go out into the world outside her. Iriel is no exception of that. Witnessing her journey and having the honor to guide and support her through was so special. My favorite part? All the struggles. All the things that come up inevitably for every parent through pregnancy into Motherhood.. and especially a first time mom. She learned so much. Patience.. trusting her gut, making decisions and owning them. Tuning out the noise and opinions of others. Using discernment and looking passed what the medical machine would expect her to do. Trusting herself.. her husband.. her baby and body. THIS is the work. And it’s truly a work of art.

Iriel, I am so proud of you and Joel. Thank for you for bringing me along on your journey and trusting me to get you through. You my dear are a force to be reckoned with, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Welcome Baby Banks. Your Doula simply adores you! ♥️
