From a dreamy Dream Camp reunion on the eve of the Harvest Moon 🌾🌕 to the OzMosis Sound Garden Sunday🕺🪩 jam… blasting off into a very fun fall, just as the oracle card I pulled predicted. ✨

Partly thanks, perhaps, to a wicked cacao + breathwork + ✉️ ceremony that will certainly help you achieve lift-off. 🚀

It was my third time visiting Jessica Gorlicky Design Studios for different happenings, and the artwork there is always phenomenal. I always leave with a camera roll full of 🎨🖌️🖼️ every single time… dropping just a fewwww in this carousel, my fave being the one with the 🦉

Also my third time seeing DJ Nick Warren more by chance than by plan — apparently threes were a theme. The last time was at Stereo Montreal in July, and ohhh boy, that was a spiritual experience on the dance floor. Truly one of the best sets I’ve ever experienced… the sort where you feel 1 with the 🎶

It still amazes me how music with no lyrics at all can somehow sink so deeply into your soul. Just beats, rhythm, movement… and somehow you come out the other side feeling like your mind & heart was rearranged.

I’ve decided the answer to most of life’s questions is:
Good Music. Good Friends.
& a Good Boogie.

Also props to Arturooo for being quite the wildlife 🐺 photographaaaa 😂

Caught in the wild with other wild + wise women💃🏻💫🌱🔥☀️

“Within every woman there lives a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity and ageless knowing. She is the Wild Woman, represents the instinctual nature of women. But she is an endangered species.” - Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés

Let’s navigate + connect to our natural essence together.

With Love,
@energizewithapril 💃🏻

🎥: Videos from the @tmrw.tday SZN 6 group chat from @brookejillianyantzi @sona_sargis! So fun dancing on the beach with you ladies with @irie.soul @bearheartbreathwork along with our daughters ❤️💛💚

P.S. Similar energy, 7 years ago @tmrw.tday, 7-mile-beach in Negril, Jamaica 🇯🇲 was when I FINALLY saw @delosoul. What a wild dance it is with you hubby 🎢 I am grateful our babes can create new memories with this community 🌎

Hearing the kids laugh + play together while I was with the other mamas preparing / blessing the cacao for the community was one of my favourite memories.

Thank you @tmrw.tday for planting seeds of what is possible in this lifetime 🙏🏼

Another beautiful herbalism workshop yesterday with @herbswithjenn , and this time it was all things Goldenrod. 🌼

That beautiful yellow flowering plant you’re seeing blooming everywhere right now, along roadsides, fields, trails and highways.

We learned how to identify and harvest Goldenrod, some of the ways it has traditionally been worked with, and then the children and their mamas made their own Goldenrod-infused honey to take home.

Afterwards, we made paint using different herbs and plants and the children painted and created bookmarks together.

But there was a moment yesterday that brought tears to my eyes.

I stood back and watched all of these children harvesting alongside their mothers.

Little hands reaching toward the plants. Mothers learning beside them. Children learning that the plants growing all around them are not just something we pass by.

There is medicine here.

There is relationship here.

There is so much to remember here.

And then my beautiful sister @irie.soul offered tobacco for the children to give back to the Earth. We spoke with the mothers and children about this medicine, about reciprocity, and about what it means to not only take from the land, but to offer something back in gratitude.

It was so beautiful to witness.

Our children learning about the plants.
Learning about the first medicines.
Learning to harvest with intention.
Learning to give back.

And perhaps just as importantly, we were learning and remembering alongside them.

This is the kind of education that moves me deeply.

Hands in the plants.
Mothers beside their children.
Relationship with the Earth.

What a gift. 🌿🤍

If this way of learning alongside your children is calling to you, we have a few spaces remaining in our four-week October herbalism series with Jenn. 🌿

We’ll be gathering to explore Preparing for Cold + Flu Season Naturally, with hands-on learning and something to make and bring home each week.

If you’re feeling the call to join us, send me a message and I’ll share all the details. 🤍

You can’t Instagram your way to this feeling.

You have to show up.
Drop the act.
Let people see you.
And choose, fully, completely, to be ALIVE!

That’s Dream Camp.
That’s Season 6.
That’s life in full resolution. ✨

A few moments from our last WeField Connection Salon in Toronto in collaboration with @tmrw.tday - and this Sunday, we’re doing it again, this time at @enterpluto .

The idea is simple: instead of leaving meaningful connection to chance, WeField helps you discover the people in the room you may genuinely resonate with, support, learn from, or create something with.

Sara @sara.rezaiee shared after our last gathering:
“I was pleasantly surprised by how naturally I connected with the people I was matched with… I really enjoyed the depth and ease of those connections. I left the WeField experience feeling connected, inspired, and grateful.”

And April @aprilmiranda ;
“It was a fun and fulfilling experience. Loved the beautiful souls that I connected with!”

This Sunday, we’ll bring the Connection Salon indoors for a series of live, intentional 1:1 matches - and open the doors to the wider Toronto community.

Pluto × WeField Connection Salon
Sunday, September 13
7:00–9:30 PM
Pluto · Toronto

Open to everyone - you don’t need to be a Pluto member.
Come meet someone you might never have found on your own.
