Watch the Full music video on our new Youtube Channel Link available di BIO or follow the link below 👇🏼👇🏼 https://youtu.be/nvSa2ts5-fY Made in Denpasar, Bali in 2018 — MARAPU, Indonesia's premier roots reggae band from Sumba, has released the official music video for "WAKE UP" — the opening track from their 2011 album TERANG DUNIA. The video combines live concert footage and studio recordings from 2017–2018 in Bali, capturing the raw energy that has defined MARAPU's two-decade journey. Originally released in 2011, "WAKE UP" remains a powerful call to consciousness and social awareness. "This song is about destroying illusions and challenging tomorrow," says frontman Yanto Pekabanda. "The message is as relevant today as when we first recorded it." Named after Sumba's ancestral belief system, MARAPU blends Jamaican roots reggae with Indonesian ethnic traditions. The band has released four albums and performed across Southeast Asia and Australia.
