“The greatest points team fight of all time?
The comments went wild on our last post—most of you picked the Irish Open final: Király vs All Stars.
An electric showdown between two titans of the sport.
Speed, strategy, and heart—this was points fighting at its absolute peak.

BREAKING: WAKO President and Irish Open promoter Roy Baker announced on Facebook today that a petition has been created in opposition to the Irish government’s decision to convert the CityWest Hotel into a permanent refugeee center. Baker explained that the hotel is “the only large scale venue in Ireland to run such events”.

The Irish Open, formerly the largest point sparring tournament in the world, was last held in 2020. The 2021 event was canceled due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the use of the venue for quarantine. The government’s use of the CityWest Hotel shifted to housing wartime refugees due to ongoing conflict in Europe.

You can sign the petition by following the link posted to the SKZ Facebook page, or directly from Mr. Baker’s post.

Tonight I go into battle inside the @karatecombat Pit. I’m truly exited to take on this new challenge. Every challenge or difficulty you face in life is a chance to show how much you trust in God. When you really believe and trust in Him by walking in faith and accepting these challenges with open arms, nobody can stop the blessings you deserve to experience in this life. Trust in his timing. Join me tonight on karate.com as I use my God given gifts to win the interim Welterweight World Title. I will show the world how I’ve developed this talent I’ve been blessed with and show why I am the G.O.A.T…. Because I put “God Over All Things.

Getting focused with my coach Tyler Wombles for my @karatecombat fight this Saturday. People like to call their movement a flow state. I call my flow state GOAT Speed, it’s a flow like no other. When you put GOD Over All Things in your life you will move differently.
