Some wonderful moments so far this year 💖

I love disappearing as a coping mechanism!!! I also love everyone around me who brings me out of that shell!!!

For the last few years, I keep thinking the worst is finally over and I can breathe, but life always has other plans. As much as I keep getting torn down, I always leave an experience with more knowledge on how to get back up even better than before.

This year has tested me in ways I hadn’t been able to imagine prior, but it has also come with so many blessings and love as well. I left the cannabis industry after 7 years and said goodbye to some amazing friends, I powered through every scary medical issue I’ve been newly met with, I’ve spent a lot of time unpacking everything inside me now that I feel safe enough to do so. I got a pet frog Mojito, sent my baby kitty Mango to heaven, and my lover forever Hunter and I will be moving us and our 2 kitties to a HOUSE soon!!!

I’ve spent a lot of time with people I love but also not enough with many others who hold space in my heart. I started a scrapbook to fill with pictures from my hikes so I make sure to stay active through my flare ups. I tried so many new things because you never know when it’s your last day here.

I am still here despite all of life’s horrors and I will continue to be the same goofy girl no matter what!!! Sending you all so much love as always and keep your heads up!!!💖💖💖

Hi friends:) long time no see. I truly hope 2025 was kind to you.
These are some of my favorite moments and pictures of me in better health from this year🫶 there are so many more times I have cherished and people I love that I just couldn’t fit it all<3

This past year changed everything; my body, my heart, my relationships, with everything reshaping the way I understand being here at all. I had an incident at the beginning of the year that brought me closer to losing my life than I ever imagined, and something inside me shifted forever. I have been ashamed and scared to talk about it so it was easier to just disappear.

I lived through more in one year than I have in all the years before it. Loss and love, grief and growth, unraveling and becoming; everything happened so fast it didn’t always feel like my life anymore.
Somewhere along the way, depression and fear softened into gratitude. Not because it was easy, but because I finally understood that I belong here. I wish I had realized it sooner, before my body had to ask so loudly for rest, but I am endlessly thankful for the life I get to keep living now.

I’m still learning how to live this new version of my life, but I am hopeful. I believe there is light even in the darkest seasons, and I hope you all can feel that way too, especially when it’s hardest to see.

I am so deeply grateful and blessed to be here, immeasurably proud of my friends and loved ones, and endlessly thankful to those who kept showing up for me with patience and love; even when I couldn’t do the same. I hope you all feel deeply loved, and that this year has met you with gentleness, no matter what you’ve had to survive. 🤍
Here’s to 2026🎉
