Stop measuring your progress by how much weight you have lost or how much you carry.

Start looking at how much stronger you’ve become, what your body can do, and how far you’ve come.

You don’t have to spend your life trying to make yourself smaller.

You can build muscle.
You can get stronger.
You can take up space.

And remember, you don’t have to hate the body you have today to work towards the body you want tomorrow.

Build your physique, but don’t forget to build a relationship with yourself that you’re proud of, too. 🤍

Save this for the days you need the reminder.

🦋 Maintaining your dream body shouldn’t feel like a nightmare.

🦋 If your physique only looks the way you want when you’re dieting hard, exhausted and thinking about food 24/7… that’s not really maintenance.

🦋 A few things that make maintaining a physique more sustainable:

• Keep training hard — muscle is built through resistance training and maintained by continuing to give it a reason to stay.

• Don’t live in a calorie deficit — getting lean is one phase; maintaining your results is another.

• Eat enough protein — spread it across your meals rather than trying to cram it all in at once.

• Keep moving — daily activity matters. You don’t need to destroy yourself with cardio.

• Allow your body to fluctuate — your weight will move. Water, food, hormones and glycogen all affect the scale.

• Build habits you can actually live with — the best physique is one you can maintain without your whole life revolving around it.

The goal isn’t to stay lean forever.
It’s to build a body you love and a lifestyle that lets you keep it.

A little reminder, of appreciating the body behind the physique✨

We put so much pressure on ourselves to look a certain way, reach a certain goal, or constantly change something about our bodies — that sometimes we forget to appreciate what they’re already doing for us.
The strength, the recovery, the resilience, the energy — and all the things we don’t always see.
It’s easy to focus on the end result. There’s so much in the process worth appreciating too.

The days you show up, the days you rest, the small changes, the setbacks, the progress.
Appreciate the process, not just the physique.
Your body is doing so much more than just looking a certain way. 🤍

The first reps show your strength…..
The last reps show your discipline.

The reps that change you are rarely the ones that look easy.
