Ok review time. @ironethosofficial

After carrying and using the Iron Ethos Trace for a full week, the first thing that stood out to me was the size. This is definitely a beefy folder, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It feels solid in hand, has a good pocket clip, and the Nitro-V blade steel held a good edge through normal everyday use.

At 3.96 inches of blade and 6.7 oz, you definitely know it’s in your pocket. If you prefer smaller or lighter EDC knives, this probably isn’t going to be your first choice. But if you like carrying a larger folder, the Trace is a solid option.

I also think this would make a great camping, car, or go-bag knife. The extra size gives it a more substantial feel, and after using it for a week I didn’t have any issues with the blade, edge retention, grip, or pocket clip.

Overall, the Trace is a solid larger folder. It’s not going to disappear in your pocket, but if you like a bigger EDC knife or want something dependable to keep in your vehicle or gear bag, it’s worth looking at.

After carrying and using the Iron Ethos 5th Edge for a full week, this one quickly stood out to me because of how small and easy it is to carry.

With a 2.17-inch Nitro-V blade and a weight of only 60 grams, this thing pretty much disappears in your pocket, pouch, or bag. The pocket clip stayed solid during the week, and the blade held a good edge through normal everyday use.

The blade shape is also one of the things I like most about it. It’s unique, but it still works well for everyday tasks like opening packages, cutting tape, and breaking down smaller boxes.

For me, this is pretty close to the perfect tiny EDC knife. It’s small, light, easy to carry, has a solid pocket clip, good blade steel, and good edge retention.

If you prefer smaller EDC knives that don’t take up much room, the 5th Edge is a really solid option.
