❤️THE LAST DANCE❤️

Standard was non-existent and we’ll surely be the first to admit that. We wanted to get one last lift in to go out with a bang so we just said “f*ck it we ball”. In all honesty I’m glad I didn’t get stapled.
Next time this weight is in our hands, we’ll be better🫡

🪟FIGHT YOUR OWN BATTLES🪟

Not bad..not great.. we’ll take it. Disappointed with the pauses so we’ll need to clean that up but overall we’re not too mad about it moving forward we’ll be better.

My best rep work of this building phase so far.
S 358lbs×8
B 265lbs×8
D 457lbs×6
Would have liked to push the bench to 275 but with a recent pec injury I couldn't quite make that happen.

@hunteragneww we are back on track.

💛FIND THE EXTRA GEAR💛

Definitely some sloppy execution and kinda disappointed considering this load was on the lighter end of what we had planned but with the cortisol levels being high this entire week, we shouldn’t have expected too much. I’m still content with where we ended up cause this was still in the range of what we wanted so we’ll take it, we’ll scrap for more next block🫡

this client hired me to build muscle and strength, specifically in her upper body and core.

when i asked her what success looked like to her in 6 months - she told me building confidence and seeing results.

we work 3x per week in person + follow a meal plan, and i can confidently say we’re crushing her goals ! 🤝

this client hired me to increase muscle mass, build better nutrition habits, and improve her gut health/digestion because she was bloated constantly.

she’s eating almost 1500 calories more PER DAY, hasn’t felt bloated since the first week of us working together, and her overall body composition has significantly improved 🔥

we work 3x per week in person + follow a meal plan, and she’s fucking killing it !!!

this client hired me to lose body fat and become a more confident version of himself.

so far we’re down 14.4lbs of body fat and he’s the leanest he’s been in years 💪

we meal plan and prep his meals weekly @independentfuel 🔥
he simply eats them and reaps the results !!

dm me for more info if you’re interested in meal preps 🍴

this client hired me with a goal of moving to the 100kg weight class to become more competitive in powerlifting, and overall just living a healthier lifestyle, and feeling more confident.

we’re currently building a strong foundation and healthier habits to take her through her first fat loss phase, so we can get her to that 100kg goal 💪

we work together online - i built her a meal plan, and she executes daily 🎯

this client hired me to lose weight, improve her energy levels, and become a better role model for her daughter.

so far, she’s down 50 pounds and counting 🔥🙂‍↕️

we work together online - i built her a meal plan + workout program, and she’s been consistently dropping weight every week 🔐

Did I miss yes am I proud of my self also yes. I took a big swing and while I missed I didn't miss due to grip or strength just out of position. On top of that I still hit a double PR. A win is win no matter how small or big
