🔥 Tomorrow is National Brisket Day! 🔥

A true staple of summer BBQs, brisket is as flavorful as it gets. Did you know it comes in two main cuts? The point cut is rich, fatty, and perfect for smoking or braising, while the flat cut is leaner but still packed with flavor - just requiring a slightly different prep.

However you like it sliced, smoked, or stacked—tomorrow is the perfect excuse to dig in and celebrate!
