Day 1 of the @fancy.africa Summit that I co-produced with @paula_cuna_ is done.
It left us with a lot to carry forward.

What stood out for me: we have lost pieces of our identity as Africans, and reclaiming that starts with remembering who we are and where we come from. Women have been silenced for too long — it's time we hold each other up, speak up for one another, and do better by each other.

The value chain we're building is bigger than any one of us. It needs structure. It needs direction. It needs real investment, in ourselves, in our communities, in our society. We need ecosystems that actually work, and that are profitable for the many, not the few.

This year's theme says it best:

UBUNTU: WE HAVE HISTORY. WE ARE CULTURE. AFRICA RISE.

Onward to Day 2.

Olá, ConfiDançarin@s!

Desculpem a demora!

O cabelo? A maquilhagem?

Hello, ConfiDancers!

Sorry for the delay! I know many of you have been waiting for an eon, but I needed some time to get myself together and make sure I can give you all my very best.

It’s finally time for another i12Feel session—and this time the theme is: HOT BODY. 🔥

But what exactly is a “hot body”?

Is it the clothes we wear? The hair? The makeup? The number on the scale? Or is it something that already exists within us?

In this session, we’ll explore confidence, sensuality, and the freedom of feeling good in our own bodies, regardless of other people’s expectations.

Because a beautiful body is not a perfect body.
It’s a lived-in body.
It’s a felt body.
It’s a body that moves with confidence.

Are you ready?

This one is going to be unforgettable. ❤️
