I kept driving past Irregardless and it was always closed — turns out they‘re only open Thursday through Sunday. Finally made it in, and one bite of the sausage gravy took me straight back to my school years. A deliciously buttery biscuit with black-peppery, spicy sausage gravy — this is my nostalgia food. The fried chicken was so moist inside and so good with hot honey, and their own vinegar pepper hot sauce was perfect on the biscuit. The tomato side was only $5 — such a generous portion and really delicious. Cute decor, hand-painted sign, the whole place made me happy.

지나갈 때마다 문이 닫혀 있어서 몇 번을 그냥 지나쳤어요. 알고 보니 목요일부터 일요일만 여는 곳이더라고요. 드디어 가봤는데, sausage gravy 한 입에 학창 시절이 떠올랐어요. 버터향 가득한 biscuit에 후추 향 솔솔 나는 매콤한 sausage gravy — 이게 제 nostalgia food예요. fried chicken은 속이 촉촉해서 hot honey랑 너무 잘 어울렸고, 직접 만든 vinegar pepper hot sauce는 biscuit에 딱이었어요. 토마토 사이드는 5불이었는데 듬뿍 주고 정말 맛있었어요. 귀여운 인테리어랑 손으로 그린 간판까지, 다 좋았어요 🩷

I’m ecstatic that I finally got to try an Irregardless biscuit!

I ordered Howard’s Biscuit with egg, cheese, and extra-thick maple and pepper-glazed bacon. Honestly, this is now my dream breakfast sandwich, and I’ve been craving every morning since. 😍

My fiancé ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit, and he loved it!

The biscuits were so buttery and soft on the inside, with the perfect crunch on the outside—literally perfection! These sandwiches were easily some of the best we’ve ever had! From the biscuit to the eggs to the meat, you can truly taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite.

The service was quick, and everyone there was so incredibly nice. When we left, the entire staff said goodbye and wished us a nice day. 🥹 They really felt like a family, and you could tell they were having so much fun together!

Immaculate food, immaculate vibes—you need to check them out!
