On August 14th, 2022, I launched Iru Lobe following an idea God had placed in my heart.

I had no perfect blueprint. I was learning as I went.

And these four years have taught me so much.

About building.
About people.
About money.
About patience.
About being consistent, even when things don’t move as quickly as you hoped.

But more than anything, I’ve learnt what it means to trust God with something He placed in my hands.

There have been beautiful seasons, difficult seasons, unexpected turns and moments when I wondered what the next chapter would look like.

But today, when I look back from 2022 to 2026, I can only say:

“Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.”
— 1 Samuel 7:12 🤎

Iru Lobe is 4 today! 🎉🎉

To every customer who has bought from us, recommended us, shared our posts, told someone about us or simply cheered us on ,thank you.

You are a part of this story. 🤎

Today was one of those simple business days ,preparing the order, getting everything ready, and then booking a rider on @indrive.ng to pick it up and deliver to my customer.

And yes, I gave my rider 5 star ⭐️ because he did his job well. ( Thank you Mr Daniel )

Somewhere in between all of this, I also shared a little story about how Iru Lobe @iru_lobe started and how far we’ve come.

This is what building a business from home looks like for me. Not always glamorous, but always rewarding.

One order at a time. One day at a time.

If you enjoy coming along on this journey with me, follow and stay with me as we keep building.

There are things God has done for me that words cannot fully explain.

The strength, the wisdom, the e grace to keep showing up.

And now, here I am, 35.

I don’t think this chapter is about noise or proving anything, it’s about wisdom, about peace, alignment and finally understanding that becoming takes time.

Dear God,thank You for carrying me through every season of my life.

I am grateful

It’s my birthday 🎂 today and I have come to publicly say thank You Jesus.

For carrying me through every season of my life.

You have never for once left me.

I have felt Your love, and I’m still feeling it every single day.
In the visible blessings and the quiet strength to keep going.

In the moments You showed up for me, even when I felt distant and didn’t have the right words.

It’s the way You’ve helped me, strengthened me,
kept me and covered me with grace over and over again.

And honestly, when I look back now, I know this journey could only have been God.

Thank You Jesus for a new year.

This is 35.
My year of wisdom.
A year of deeper understanding, more strength, intentional living, and becoming.

Tolulope, welcome to your own year of wisdom

Happy birthday to me 🥂🎂

This year’s International Women’s Day theme says Give to Gain.

And honestly, women have been living that truth for a long time.

Because if you think about it, giving is something many women do almost instinctively.

We give our time
Our care
Our ideas
Our strength
Sometimes to our families
Sometimes to our work
Sometimes to other women who simply need encouragement

And lately, I’ve been thinking about this even more as a mum.

Motherhood has a way of showing you what giving really looks like. The quiet sacrifices. The small moments of showing up. The love poured into someone else’s growth.

Yet somehow, even in giving, you gain something too. A deeper strength. A new perspective. A fuller heart.

I’ve also seen this play out recently through a small project we’re working on at Iru L’obe @iru_lobe this Women’s Month

Women coming together
Sharing ideas
Supporting one another
Building something meaningful together

And it reminded me of something important.
Giving doesn’t reduce us.

When women collaborate, we don’t become smaller
We become stronger,
We create room for more voices
More ideas
More possibilities

So today, I’m celebrating women who give
The women who share knowledge
The women who open doors for others
The women who choose collaboration over competition

Because the truth is simple

When women give, we all gain

Happy International Women’s Day

The aroma this product gives my food, I can't explain exactly until you try it yourself. The taste is top notch because of the blend of powders in it. Then it is healthy because of those herbs. I stopped using curry because I already have turmeric in this too. If you love healthy living, get this product now. Reach out to the address on the video. #irulobe #marytoluwanidada #tomisinogunwusi

We start every year the same way.
Family. Food. Service.
I think it’s a good way to enter a new year.

What about you?

Do you have a New Year tradition you keep every year?
