We had an all time day wayyyyyy up on the SF of the Payette. It was cold. We saw chipmunks. And we began operation paddle as many miles of the Payette as possible.

Meet Isaac!

This is Issac's second year on the junior team, and in his free time, he enjoys skiing, skateboarding, and surfing!

A side of race prep I enjoy just as much :)

There’s times where you need to push as hard as possible, and there’s times where you need to give your body rest!
Grateful for the balance ⚖️

The last 4 weeks has been a whirlwind, arriving in Aus then quickly heading to New Zealand for a bucket list experience and the Oceania Champs. Thank you to @wmekct @merle_kayaks @_vevalong @isaackayaks for taking me with you!
Coming back to Penrith and training on my own a lot of the time has been up and down plus trying to prioritise my focus in busy sessions hasn’t always been easy. With no one coaching I have to coach myself and that becomes difficult when you just aren’t understanding a move. However I’ve learned a lot and tomorrow we race 💪🏻 best of luck to all the Aussies racing their first selection races 🤞🏻
Just under 2 weeks left and I want to enjoy each run I have left on this course before heading home 🇬🇧

The 2025 Junior World Championship in Foix brought so many mixed emotions. I didn't get the results I wished for. I had too many penalties. I wanted a better outcome from my last year in the Junior category. But I was pretty quick, and I'm proud of my runs. ⚡
I don't get another chance at a junior title. All I can do is keep working towards the next time, as a U23.

I'll never forget the feeling when I saw I qualified for my first final. I'll also never forget how I felt when I saw the 50 second penalty added to my time a few minutes later.

13th in the world in Junior WK1
20th in the world in Junior WC1
18th in the world in Junior Kayak Cross Individual
15th in Junior Kayak Cross
5th Junior WK1 Team
6th Junior WC1 Team
My last ever Junior World Championship. Merci, Foix!

Can not express how proud of these 4 athletes I am. Dedication, hard work, and perseverance has brought them to this stage and I couldn’t be more proud.
