I feel so fortunate and grateful for many things in my life

The business and team that @lmgroup.realestate - has really become our pride and joy over these past 10 years

It stands for so much of what we believe in - everyone who forms part is about integrity, ethics, passion for what we do, respect and honesty to each other, our clients and partners

It’s about trust, friendships and opportunities for some amazing people to create their own successful business within ours.

It’s about feeling great about what you do, how you do it and who you do it with

Bring on our Big long awaited 10th Anniversary party 🥳

Thank you 🙏all the many wonderful people who have contributed and continue contributing to making this business family what it is 🫶

One of the resolutions I had for 2022 was to speak out more often instead of keeping it all inside

For some people it’s difficult to accept any changes in the other person, even if they’re very positive

Others, accept your progress and continue to grow with you

Being neutral and soft 💯 of the time doesn’t bring us closer to our true selves or to those we want to have a meaningful relationship with

Speaking out and sharing your feelings, ups and downs and having sometimes uncomfortable conversations allows us to bond on a higher deeper level

You’ll lose those friendships and relationships that can’t take anything but pink and fluffy, and you’ll gain in strength those that are real

Of course you need to learn to express yourself assertively and calmly, and be prepared for the mutual feedback that you may not always like

But I definitely think it’s worth it and it keeps our body and mind healthy and our relationships true

Don’t be afraid not to be plain vanilla, enjoy finding the spices in your flavor!

What flavor are you? 🍨
