1 year ago today I made the decision to cut alcohol and any other substance out of my life and today I decided to celebrate by completing an everest up Little Cottonwood Canyon.
This journey has been far from easy. Alcohol led me down a rough path that had me thinking there was no way out. That was until I hopped on the bike and fell in love with every aspect of the sport. Cycling saved my life and I am grateful to God for allowing me to find a new outlet that pushes me to my limit and then some.
Also, none of this is possible without Izzy! She has crewed me in every single race or crazy adventure ride I have ever done and today we had everything dialed which led to an all time day.

Crushar in the Tushar 2025 🤟🏼

It’s always a good day out when you get to figure out how tough you really are. 69 miles and about 10,000 feet of vertical gain in the unrelenting Tushar mountains had me doin some real soul searching and im proud of the end result. The hustle continues and I am hungrier than ever after this one!
