Unlimited Week 9 Update & Conditions Report: Our final Unlimited Week of the year and it was full send on every level. We had plenty of swell and plenty of wind, but it was definitely one of those weeks where Mother Nature kept us guessing. Every time we planned a big foil mission because it looked like it was going glassy, the wind would kick in. And every time we lined up a big downwinder for wind sports, the wind would disappear!!! But that’s the absolute beauty of Namotu. Everything is right at your fingertips, so we’d pivot, jump on whatever conditions were happening, and make the most of every moment. There was plenty of surfing, foiling, kitesurfing and winging, mixed in with breathwork, freediving, snorkelling, fishing, spearing, the odd island hop, and plenty of afternoon DJ sessions and parties that would sometimes roll well into the night. This crew was just full send, both on and off the water, and it was the most amazing way to wrap up our 2026 Unlimited Weeks. I’m incredibly grateful to every guest who joined us this week, and to everyone who came and shared an Unlimited Week with us throughout the year. A massive thank you to our incredible coaches. I learn so much from you guys every single day, and the way you look after our crew on the water is something really special.
And finally, to our amazing Fijian staff you guys make the world go round here on the island. You’re the ones who make everything feel so effortless and special, and you’re the reason why everyone wants to keep coming back year after year. What a way to finish 2026. Until next year, Yew. 🤙🏽❤️

Terrible week for a surf comp. Lucky it was the week before the Fiji Pro and an Unlimited Week so life went on. With almost Unlimited wind, waves and margaritas, the guests (and crew) absolutely sent it, scoring solid sessions at Namotu Lefts and pairing it all with late nights.

We are now into our FINAL UNLIMITED WEEK OF 2026, the Fiji Pro kicks off this week and I’ve put my helmet on.

Unlimited Week 8 Update & Conditions Report: This week was definitely one of our more challenging ones, especially for the surfers and foilers. We seemed to have nonstop windy moments mixed with plenty of weather. We started the week with a solid day and a half of rain and wind, and just when we thought we were finally out of that cycle, it kicked back in again towards the end of the week again. So there was definitely a lot of weather to manage, but in between all the madness, we still found some epic moments. We had a massive swell at the start of the trip, including what I’d consider one of the best afternoons of kitesurfing at Namotu Lefts I’ve had all year. A few of the guests got some absolute bombs, we found some really fun foil moments, and there were even a couple of windows where the rain completely shut down the wind and gave us some great surfing. These guys also love a party, so we had some pretty memorable party nights and days along the way. The conditions definitely made some of the other activities challenging. Island hopping, snorkelling and even fishing were difficult to pull off, although we did manage to land some nice fish during the week. But as always, no matter what the conditions threw at us, we had an absolute ball. We had an amazing group of guests, our incredible Fijian staff constantly navigating the rain and wind and pivoting from one activity to the next, and of course our elite coaches making sure everyone came back alive each day, especially with the big surf and strong winds.
Definitely a challenging week, but another memorable one.
