POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A wise friend and true leader called me late the other night. He said:
“Mashi, I know you’ve tried to raise up leaders—but not everyone stays the course.”
I agreed. Then he added something that hit deep:
“You can’t create leaders—only bosses. Leadership is a calling, not a career. People choose careers. But when you’re called to lead, you don’t get a choice—it’s a duty you must fulfill.”

I didn’t choose leadership. I surrendered to it.
Everyone claiming to be a boss isn’t a leader—and that’s okay. But to those who are called, I honor you for answering.

To Raven my million dollar earner mentee, never doubt your place. Leadership is your birthright, and like those before us, you were chosen for this. I’ll support your journey for years to come. 💪🏽👑
