POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today served as the first high jump styled day of the year. The focus today was visualization, pushing out the back on both the left and right sides, and also some steering.
It feels great to have the squad back, welcome some new faces, and start to get into the swing of things.

𝐕𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐧𝐚𝐚𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐭: 𝐈𝐬𝐚'𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐮𝐫 🇺🇸✨

To the sport I’ve done for 18 years… I can’t believe it’s come to an end. Thank you God for giving me the opportunity to do what I love for so many years and for all the people and experiences this journey brought into my life. Forever grateful for every lesson, memory, teammate, and moment along the way🤍
