Praising the Lord for basketball and all the people & experiences it has brought me! I will forever have a deep love for this game. As this chapter comes to a close, I have been reflecting over God’s goodness to me and all the ways He has used basketball to glorify Him.

As some may know, I underwent a series of 7 surgeries throughout my collegiate career. Through all the heartache, I learned how to worship God even when He says no. In my deepest valley, He showed me that my contentment does not come from basketball, but from Him alone. 3 whole years of rehab, yet He satisfied my every need. I got to experience His love in the most beautiful ways. Amidst all my doubts and questioning, He was showing me He had orchestrated all of it for His purposes. His providential care was at work.

Let this truth be an encouragement to you:
God is weaving together all our moments of joy & sorrow for His glory!
He turns our worst into eternal worth!
He is our ultimate protector and healer!
