POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I turn 33 tomorrow but I’m already thinking about when I turn 80

I want to be that woman, wife, mother, sister, daughter and grandma who is strong, mobile and independent because she prioritizes her physical health

Who feels energized and healthy because she’s spent her younger years instilling healthy habits not looking for quick fixes

I don’t believe we have to settle for the lie that just because you are getting older your health automatically gets worse

Your mindset and choices determine that

I don’t believe that at a certain age or milestone you have to accept that “it’s all downhill from here”

We’re here for a short time and I want to make the most of it by taking care of the one body and mind I have for as long as I can

And it starts with the things I can control like what I eat, how I move and the thoughts I think

And the same goes for you

And that makes you pretty freaking powerful

👉🏻You’re confused about what to eat & how much to lose fat & build muscle

👉🏻You’re frustrated by doing “all the right things” yet the scale still won’t budge

👉🏻You’re tired of feeling stuck & sluggish, caught in the same toxic habits & patterns daily

👉🏻You’re embarrassed hiding your body in baggy shirts, pants and dresses in the summer heat

This Build & Burn 30 Day Summer Challenge is for the woman who is ready to drop the excuses & start making real progress

Who wants to feel strong, lean and in control of her body again

All of that for just $97

Not to mention you will have all the tools, resources and knowledge to continue making progress after the 30 days is over

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to get back on track half way through the year - THIS IS IT

I see you, but like not in a creepy way lol 😆

For real though, if getting fit and building muscle were easy everyone would do it

Whether you’re just starting your journey working out at home for 20 minutes with a few resistance bands and Dumbbell or two

Or a seasoned gym girlie getting your butt in the gym 4 days a week

You should be so proud of the hard work you’re putting in to:

🔥Hit PRs
🔥Lift heavier
🔥Improve your form
🔥Stay on a consistent schedule
🔥Push through bad workouts & injuries
🔥Stay focused on building muscle & strength

It all counts and matters when you’re trying to become the strongest version of yourself

So keep going 🫶🏻

Okay so now you know HOW to easily get more protein in but you may be asking 𝗪𝗛𝗬 is protein soooooo important?

So glad you asked, let’s dive in! 😃

Protein is basically the 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗧 of all the macronutrients 🐐

Here’s why 👇🏻

🔥𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙍𝙖𝙩𝙚🔥
Burn more fat by eating more protein? I’m in! Protein has a high thermic effect meaning you burn more energy simply by eating it which can help increase your metabolic rate, the rate at which you burn calories.

🍪𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨🍦
We all struggle with cravings from time to time and they can throw you off track especially if you are on a health and fitness journey. Luckily, protein is filling and satisfying which will help you stay satiated longer between meals leaving you less likely to snack, and ultimately help you get in control of your cravings.

💪🏻𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙊𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙂𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨 🏋🏼‍♀️
If you didn’t think protein was cool enough already, well now you’re really going to love it. Protein is made up of amino acids which are the building blocks of muscle tissue. Eating more of it will help you effectively build more muscle so all that time spent with the weights really pays off.

🥩𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙎𝙪𝙜𝙖𝙧❤️
You may feel decent now, but what about future you? Protein can help you to better balance your blood sugar which is crucial to ensuring long term health and preventing or even reversing certain chronic conditions.

Save this post for later when you need some ideas on how to boost your protein intake💪🏻

When you’re a busy woman on the go you need some tools in your toolbox to help you feel grounded

Nourishing and caring for your body so it feels safe will not only help you reach your fitness goals faster but it will also help you show up confidently in all areas of your life

But if you’re stuck in fight or flight and cortisol levels are through the roof…well that ain’t a good look my friend

Trust me I’ve been there 😅

A helpful acronym to remember is H.A.L.T.

If you’re feeling uneasy, anxious, or down check in and ask yourself these questions:

👉🏻Are you HUNGRY?
👉🏻Are you ANGRY?
👉🏻Are you LONELY?
👉🏻Are you TIRED?

If you answered “YES” to one or more of those then you might just need to eat, scream, cry, or sleep

We are just grown up children after all lol 😂

But more importantly, know that there’s nothing wrong with you

And these 10 habits can help you get back to baseline and back to feeling like your best self again

Which one(s) are you doing today?!🧘🏼‍♀️💕

Do this to stop the late night binges👇🏻

👉🏻Start by eating breakfast in the morning

Restricting and eating as little as you can during the day is likely leading to all out binging at night

It has nothing to do with your willpower or commitment level

But it has everything to do with your physiology

Most women are chronically undereating and are therefore undernourished

I promise you do not have to fast your way to fat loss

In fact that might be the worst thing you could do

Instead, eating a balanced breakfast high in protein will help you avoid:

❌Anxiety
❌Cravings
❌Energy crashes
❌Late night binges
❌Cortisol imbalances
❌Blood sugar dysregulation

And instead help you:

✅Lose fat
✅Build muscle
✅Boost your energy
✅Regulate your mood
✅Support your hormones

Save this post for ideas for your next brekky! ☺️ Which one are you trying?!
