Man, I had some great rolls at @mtheorymartialarts! Thank you @ishmaelbentley (Kentucky native), who BTW is about to start a spice company! Be on the lookout for the Cambodian pepper line; it’s outstanding!
I highly recommend M Theory for Minneapolis area jiu jitsu!! One of the best gyms I have ever dropped into.

The most expensive belt I‘ve ever gotten! 💵 Got promoted to black belt today at @mtheorymartialarts by @ishmaelbentley. Mtheory isn’t the first-ever gym I trained at, but I consider it the place where my jiujitsu journey actually began. I‘ve met such amazing people who became friends and taught me so many things, not only in jiujitsu but in life. Thanks to everyone who came today, and to everyone who wasn’t there but shaped this journey in their own way. It also means a lot to get my black belt on Korea‘s Liberation Day. What a day!
