Once you've experienced the bottom and how sunken and lonely it is. You never want to experience it again.

My bottom came when I entrusted my happiness with others. Depression sat in when I upheld others more than I did myself.

When I broke 💔😢 alot of people were lost along the way.

One day I snapped took a 30 day hiatus 😪😔😢 from everything but MYSELF.
Now...............

Here I am running down my goals.
Some days are much harder than others but as long as you show up for yourself, your success is inevitable.

Embrace the mindset of a WINNER now that's Affirming Yourself.

MICRO WORKOUTS COMING NEXT MONTH 💪😬😏

LET'S JOURNEY TOGETHER ❤

Creatives.
Creativity is inside all of us. The way we make or not make our bed is a creative reflection. The way we efficiently or chaotically prepare meals, it’s a creative process. Our daily attire, creative outlet.
Sometimes, in our daily creative movements, we bump into like minded creators, talk racial/sexual/gender equality, mind/body/spiritual wellness, and then make plans to give the world a reflection of its true self as a creative team.
Cheers to all creatives bold enough to put goodness into the world.

We have an infiant time to be dead but only this life, this day, this moment perhaps, to be alive.

That's how I feel this year. Minimalism brings to focus what it is that makes me feel alive. It brings to focus what is important in this moment, today. And one thing that makes me feel alive is encouraging others in their dreams and ideas that make them feel alive.
This year, i've discovered how to put to action what is important to me. I've developed life coaching sessions designed for anyone wanting to make their ideas happen.
Come be apart of my Life Coach For Creatives, journey!
If any of you creative dreamers want to make those ideas that flood your every thought a reality, and just need that extra push to get you there, DM me! 📸: @thehungry_hiker
