Happy International Women’s Day!!🌹 Grateful for all the amazing women who have inspired me in so many ways throughout my life, and helped me shape who I am becoming and yet have to become.

Thank you to all the women who raised me, and to those women and sisters who were put into my life exactly when needed them the most, Thank you for your showing me your love & support and having my back when needed someone the most.
Thank you for teaching me the value of showing a strong work ethic and having a positive attitude in the face of hardship, and also for reminding me what I am capable of and what I deserve.
You each are loved and appreciated today and always, so blessed to know you♥️

✨Teacher Feature✨

This week we are shining a spotlight on Lighthouse Yoga’s very own Isis!

If you’ve taken one of her classes then you already know- her gift is a gift to all.

We asked Isis a few questions on what inspired her to become a yoga teacher. For more info check out below to learn more about her!

•Why are you drawn to yoga?

“I'm drawn and grateful for the practice of Yoga for the invitation to know myself deeper. To be in Yoga is to be in Union, to be connected and aware. I am in a constant journey of self exploration, and through creating this relationship with myself I can relate and connect deeper with the people and events happening all around me.”

•What is your favorite yoga pose or technique?

“Pranayama. Breathwork - to work with the breath. After all, what else do we have available to us at all times and nourishes this life and body? Prana is life itself, through Pranayama we purify the body and we calm the mind, and we go to the depths of our own.”

Join Isis every Monday and Wednesday for Freedom Flow at 6pm. These offerings are available in person and virtual!

200HR Yoga TT Complete!
🎉❤️‍🔥🌈📿🧘🏼‍♀️⚕️🕉️✨🙏
.
This past weekend on the New Moon in Sagittarius, we celebrated the completion of our Sangha's 200 HR Kriya Yoga TT.

This past summer we embarked on an Intensive Journey to dive deep within our mind, body and soul.

This training completely shifted and transformed my life, and continues to do so everyday with practice.

Creating space, shifting my awareness, opening my heart, expressing my voice, healing my body, expanding my energy/aura and keeping me grounded in the now moment.
.
.
Thank you @clairez1111 for being the light that you are and for sharing these teachings.

BEYOND grateful for you!

Thank you for being my Guru.

Thank you for seeing me.

Thank you for believing in me.

Thank you for all that you are doing for your community and the world.
.
.
I want to take a moment and thank myself.

Thank you for adapting and overcoming obstacles.

Thank you for investing in yourself!

Thank you for staying in the practice to move with life and seeing things not as obstacles but as ways to slow down and learn the lesson.

Thank you for hearing the call, the call to heal yourself.

Thank you for seeking spiritual wisdom and awakening tools to continuously expand your healing modalities for yourself and for those who seek your support.

Thank you for being you.

Thank you for being fierce.

Thank you for facing fear with love.

Thank you for surrendering to vulnerable moments.

Thank you for allowing emotions to release from your body.

Thank you for finding the positive in your pain.

Thank you for putting yourself first.
.
.
Virtual Kriya Yoga classes will soon be offered. Stay tuned ✌️

For now, I'm going to bask in this energy of shift and transformation.

A time to rest for the rest of the year ❤️‍🔥🙏

Last night I taught my first ever In-Person class and showed the F*CK up!! ❤️‍🔥🧘🏼‍♀️🚀
.
Combining Kriya Yoga + Holy Fire Karuna Reiki 🧘🏼‍♀️❤️‍🔥

Setting a safe, high vibrational space to awaken our energetic bodies and transcend into higher levels of consciousness.

Filling the room with Holy Fire Karuna Reiki to enter in each and everyone who entered, cleansing their aura and bringing awareness internal.
.
.
Last night was super dope, the energy was high and it made me cry before I began.

Crying tears of joy, gratitude, fierce courage and love that I contain within myself, for myself.

Expressing the tears of joy and transmuting that energy into the space I held for those who attended.

A space of love and support.
.
.
This new chapter of my life excites the F*ck outta me!

The signs have been everywhere that I'm on the right path.

Signs of abundance, manifestation, trust and that I'm held safely wherever I'm going. For everything is divinely guided and I will always be right where I need to be, doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing with the people I'm with.

🙏I'm truly grateful to everyone who showed up last night. You all mean so much to me, thank you in supporting me in this journey as I support you.

🧘🏼‍♀️I will soon be adding weekly virtual Kriya yoga classes to my list of services in the near future. Stay tuned!

Thank you for being here, excited to see how much expansion and abundance comes to all of us.

For what I'm feeling, is what you're feeling as well, for we are One.

What a beautiful weekend spent during the Himalayan Sacred Rituals Initiation to Puja with @hawaiikat1 .🌸

This group heard a call that piqued their interest in learning how to develop conscious rituals. Karen shared the wisdom of this sacred practice through honoring the elements and four directions.

A tool to last a lifetime in gratitude and grace.✨
