This past weekend I stage managed the @bon_bon_vivant 🍫💎🎩 with @pebblesceramicwares , @alexcovert.art , @deep_schismic , @sonia.magdalena_offduty and @rabinasty . It was an honor and pleasure to contribute to making the experience of the Bon Bon Vivant stage together with everyone! I am still landing into day to day life, but I take this inspiration, light and friendship with me into the coming year.

Zaterdagmiddag, al wandelend langs de Utrechtse grachten, viel mijn oog op een jonge dame in een prachtige outfit. Als straatfotograaf zoek ik altijd naar dat ene bijzondere detail dat opvalt.

Toen ik haar vroeg of ik een foto mocht maken, reageerde ze enthousiast. Op de Stadhuisbrug mocht ik haar vastleggen – en dat ging haar moeiteloos af. Niet verwonderlijk, want ze bleek (foto)model te zijn.

I had the honor of witnessing A True Love ceremony between two incredible souls. Mama Hilde and Papa Ronnie celebrated their connection, commitment, community and care for one another on the solstice 21/6/25 I’m so grateful to call these two my second parents and to celebrate such a profound LOVE between two people! These photos only touch the surface of how incredible the day was! 🌞🥹🦚🩶

Here it is! The final post of my Canon takeover.
The results from all three shoots, each with their own energy, story and creative process.

From soft natural light to bold colour gels, from minimal styling to full fashion looks. Every shoot challenged me in a different way, and that’s exactly what I love about this work.

Huge thanks to the teams I worked with on these shoots, and to everyone who’s followed along this week.
And of course, big thanks to Canon for the opportunity to showcase my work and take you behind the scenes of my creative process.

Wrapped up 2024 with this session in a house I first visited while very hungover acting in a music video for @quentynmusic

Something about the place lingered, like a forgotten dollhouse that had stories to tell. I came back to the idea weeks later with Rebeca, and “Secrets of the Dollhouse” started to take shape. From bringing in gear to coordinating a full team on my own, it ended up being my most ambitious (and expensive) self-produced shoot to date.

It’s a visual take on femininity that doesn’t ask for space. It claims it, quietly but completely.

Felt like a good way to end the year: improvised but intentional, a little rough around the edges, and somehow exactly what it needed to be.
