Track #3: I CAN’T SING

Up to day the most successful track I have for which I thank the producer @chris_oscillate @oscillaterecordings

We had some good fun creating this in Knutsford, Cheshire back in 2023.

Shoutout to all great people who helped with their self tapes for the music video project. Still soooo grateful for all of you. Hit YouTube and watch it. It’s fun :)

Lyrics by Yours Truly:

A smile for good morning
A lil afternoon hug
Then a lil bit of moaning
When I can’t say it right back

I’m a man of few words and
ask for a rhyme
I said I know how to write - and I’m really not too shy to admit
That my singing is bad

Chorus
I wrote you a love song
To say how I feel
But the problem is
That I can’t sing

I’m not good with words no
I’ve messed it all up
Oh I wish I knew
How to sing just like
You do (oooh)

/the problem is - love, I can’t sing/ x2

Verse 2:

Gimme rhyme gimme rhyme
Help me type another line
So you know that I care
Oh I do

No, I know
I got it wrong
really trying with this song
Losing mind
I don’t know what to do

I just follow your advice
Yes I wanna be nice
Can we skip another sentence
Do I really need to say it?

Chorus again

Captain Moonlite - 2023

Are graduate film, @captainmoonlitefilm is finished and ready for screenings in the coming weeks, looking back on this film is super cool just seeing it all come together the way we wanted, and maybe even better.

Working with this crew has been such a great experience thanks to all of you cast and crew alike for helping us bring this tragic true story to life and left my university filmmaking career on a real strong and positive note, I can’t wait for you all to see it in the coming months.

Captain Moonlite sworn.

Moonlite Moments

It’s been an insane few months coordinating this film and I’d like the thank the Captain Moonlite crew and cast. I’d like to thank them for inviting me to produce this film for them; for their ambition, which forced me to push myself beyond my limits; for their perseverance during my more doubtful moments; and for bringing 100% to making this film the best it can be. I can’t wait for everyone to see it.
