Parents show your kids you’re a rockstar! That you crush anything! That you are resilient!

Don’t let anything hold you back

Don’t let anything hold you down

Believe in yourself because I believe in you 🙌

What happens when your daughter’s like let’s do a half marathon and you’re not really ready?

You just freaking do it because this is her first and why not be a part of it 😆😎🤠

Moms- Raising strong daughters takes strong mothers.

Everytime I see this picture of my daughter 🥹 I am reminded how fast time goes, and how we have limited window of time to make a POSITIVE IMPACT that will be engrained in them.

When we lift ourselves up and we show them that we know our self-worth, have self-love, that we are proud of ourselves, and kind to ourselves, this sets up their self esteem and worth.

➡️ What they see is what they do.

What kind of model are you for them-ask yourself:
Do you talk down about yourself?
What do you allow for relationships?
Do you take care of your body and mind?
Do you enable and tolerate bad treatment from others? Are you in a co-dependent relationship?

If you want them to be strong and empowered, be that!
If you want them to be in a healthy relationship, be in one!
If you want them to have a positive loving relationship with themselves, show them you honor yourself!

Show your daughter what healthy, strong and empowered looks like and this will plant the seeds for how she will be!

Remember she is ALWAYS watching you.

So Lock in, take care of yourself, heal your stuff and show her what a warrior princess looks like!

It takes a village to help a mom raise a child.
🙏I’m here for you

You did it Isla!! We are so proud of you and are so excited for your next chapter.

These four years of college came and went like a heartbeat.

But in the in between, it felt like a lifetime of joys, trials, stress, fun, homesick, excitement, sadness, and beautiful experiences and wonderful memories.

Remember God is in all of these moments and is the anchor to our lives. With him, you can do anything 🙏

CARPE DIEM!!

Thank you Mercyhurst for these last 4 years!
