$30 lovely ladies + laughter + movement + coffee = the perfect Saturday morning ❤️ Yesterday was honestly a little overwhelming seeing so many lovely women standing in front of me. Starting LFTD was never about running fast or going the furthest. It was about creating a space where women could come exactly as they are, move their bodies, meet new people, build confidence and leave feeling a little bit lighter than when they arrived. We did have to make one slight adjustment though… apparently potential stress fractures and running don’t mix, so the scooter made a surprise appearance instead 😂🛴 Thank you to every single one of you who came along and made yesterday so special ❤️ I’ve had so many messages asking what’s next… and I’m thinking we might switch things up with an LFTD Walk Club next time 👀☕️ What do you think? 🫶🏼 Charlotte x$
