⚡️ATHLETE OF THE MONTH⚡️
Shoutout to Tanesha Sullins for earning February’s AOTM honors! Tanesha has been putting in work at each practice to build up her speed & strength. She made her season debut this month in the 200m dash setting a club record! It’s so fun watching Tanesha run, but what’s even more fun is hearing her cheer on her teammates! Thank you for being you, Tanesha 🤍🏅

MEET RECAP💥
We competed in our first meet of the year this past Saturday! It was a blast getting back into racing after years off for some of us 🤩
-Mikaela, Jasmine and Sarah made their debuts in the 60m dash. Jasmine led the pack with a time of 8.80s!
-Max jumped 15-06 in long jump and ran his second 60m race of the year, winning his heat!
-Vendela competed in shot put, throwing a lifetime best of 11.02m and rounded out the day with high jump!
-Tempo’s first ever 4x1 relay team ran the race in 54s🚀
Great job to all the athletes who competed and left it all on the track 🙌 TEMPO ON ME, TEMPO ON 3!

This past Sunday, I got to work with @mv.lift @mikaywilliams @vendywilliams @golden_trackstar and @islvnderose on our first shoot together. Here’s a quick clip from the shoot!

It’s about the #Grind , it’s about #Effort , it’s about #Discipline Hard work is a lifestyle, a mentality, and a way of being.

Don’t just walk through life—get on the track to greatness and sprint to your destination.

Drop a comment if you like what you see. We look forward to bringing more to you soon.

“THIS IS US” ! The month of March has been amazing. A month of community, worship, and TESTIMONIES! Thank you to everyone in our tribe that was vulnerable enough to step out and share. Hearts were touched and lives were definitely changed. This group is the definition of “Be one. Make one.” We can’t wait to see what April has in store. Stay tuned for our next series…👀 🤍

Long time, no post. “A man of courage is also full of faith.” It’s been a year since I got baptized and started my journey with God. I’ve been blessed meeting new people on this journey. Thank you for all the support you guys been giving me 🙏🏾
