Drill- Conditioning shooting

There are many different ways to get in conditioning while shooting here is one.

Conditioning shooting works on a multitude of things:
-maintain shooting accuracy and technique when tired
-Builds consistency throughout stretches of the game
-Builds mental toughness, focus, and execution under pressure

Try this drill yourself 2 times through, the key is to make 10-14 shots you make. Your ft’s must NOT touch the rim in anyway or else! Have fun! Don’t fold.

Great group here working on a variety of shots. Off the catch, creating space with the pivot, creating space off the dribble. Wish I would’ve caught some footage during ones 🤦🏾‍♂️🔥🔥‼️
