Starting today I will be banding with 35 New York City chefs for the NY edition of #AskChefsAnything, an online auction aiming to raise awareness and funds for the immigrant workforce in restaurants, many of whom have been severely impacted by the industry's current crisis. So many layers, this lasagna is basically a savory crepe cake 🍰 -- @ritasodi is known for excelling in the classics... and that, they do. There's always a line before opening hours here (even weekdays!)

LASAGNE A SUGO | housemade lasagna with meat sauce - yum! Deep flavor & complex texture was 👌

GALLETTO SCHIACCIATO | cornish hen grilled under a brick - juicy and well done, but not extraordinary

FRIED ARTICHOKE | frequently on ”specials of the day” menu - this was so good 😍 unique texture stayed crispy throughout the meal

SPAGHETTI ALLA POMAROLA | spaghetti with "pomodorini do corbara", garlic, red pepper, parmigiano - perfectly al dente and bright 👍

SEMIFREDDO ALLA NOCCIOLA | hazelnut frozen mousse w/ fior di latte gelato - simply delicious. The photo doesn't do it justice.
