A room full of enthusiasm, a day full of learning! 🔥🦷

Had a fantastic time conducting the pre-conference workshop on Mixed Dentition Aligners at ISBPD 2026, New Delhi, for TAC Aligners.

Sharing whatever little I’ve learned, exchanging ideas, and learning from an enthusiastic audience — that’s what makes teaching so rewarding! 🙌

Grateful to TAC Aligners for the opportunity. ❤️

When the Universe rewards you with abundance, it feels overwhelming. Magical. Almost unreal.

Standing on that stage, receiving the Fittest Pediatric Dentist award - Rising Star ( Overall and also Female Category - Under 40) for my fitness journey felt exactly like that—a dream coming true. ✨

For a girl who didn’t even know the “G” of gym two years back, being recognised for fitness feels absolutely crazy. Crazy enough that even though I had already shared these pictures on my stories, I wanted them here on my timeline too—because some moments deserve to stay.

There are so many people behind this journey. A few are in these pictures, and so many more continue to inspire, guide, encourage and care for me in ways they may not even realise.

Forever grateful to all my Santas. ❤️
Because right now, it really does feel like Christmas. 🎄✨

And perhaps the most surreal part?

Exactly a year ago, at the National Pedodontics Conference in Bhubaneswar, I sat in the audience watching the awards ceremony. Somewhere in that moment, I quietly wished that one day I would stand on that stage holding an award too.

A few days later, I forgot about it.

The Universe apparently didn’t.

A year later, there I was.

Maybe dreams really do have a way of finding us when we keep doing the work.

This award is more than a trophy for me. It is a reminder that even when parts of life feel uncertain or things seem to be falling apart, I can still dream.

Dream big.
Work hard.
Keep showing up.
And become someone I once only imagined being.

So if there is something you deeply want—dream it. Visualise it. Work for it. Keep showing up even on the days when nothing seems to be happening.

You never know when life will quietly bring you to the exact moment you once wished for.

Like it did for me. ✨

And this is only the beginning.

Fitness was never meant to be a destination. It is a lifelong journey—of strength, discipline, resilience and repeatedly choosing yourself.

Stay the course.
Keep showing up.
No matter what.

May you dream wildly, work relentlessly, turn those dreams into reality—and keep soaring higher.
Much love. ❤️✨
