Those who want to know and I am addressing the Elephant in the room. Why do I care much about Connor Murphy?

The reason is that when he was big(pun intended) on YouTube. He was one of the selfless, humble and down to Earth Guys who doesn't have an ego or foolishly doing it to get attention. And the one who inspired others to get in fit and workout too. And how Women love that kind of Man with a quality like that besides the physque. When I heard he was interested in Acting I thought he could be a real life Chris Redfield for the Resident Evil attempt reboot as well as Patrick Ross for the remake of Species II. But in 2020, with the enlightenment or whatever crap he did to doing the Ayahuasca is what made me lose interest. Because personally I have seen and lost too many People doing Drugs. Believe me I know. Then going to Thailand because of the Woke and Cancel Culture situation I can see that but now that it's dying thank God. I hope Connor returns back to America if he hasn't already.

And @connormurphyofficial I hope you understand when you are reading this. Not just me but there's plenty of your followers and fans that you inspire to get into the gym and so much because you was the Guy that cared and can relate to others as much as you went through. I also hope and wish you the best. Whenever you come back on your old YouTube channel. Address of what really happened. Come clean and tell the truth. Just be yourself not talking like Neil Tyson or whoever like you did in the past. Please.

I know you're reading the posts and read your name mentioning Social media, please @connormurphyofficial look what you are doing to yourself. Stop this crap!

Go and join the @menofwarcrucible training camp where you can be a better version of yourself and do what you used to do before you went downhill and put on this stupid charade that you're putting on right now.

Because I like you what you once were in 2016-19. I like to see you being an Actor and have a successful inspiration for everyone. Please I implore you! I also hope @tony.huge & his Girlfriend @foxy._44 on Instagram convinced you to do so!

I can’t wait to get to the end!

So everyone has a goal in mind when they start their fitness journey about what they’re gonna look like, how much they are going to weigh, what they’re going to be able to lift etc.

But here’s what nobody understands about the journey.

Before you say “well I’m over reading this” listen up.
This is the real honest truth.

You have a beginning goal but you don’t have incremental goals.

You get so fixated on the end that you forget about the beginning, the middle and every step in between.

So let’s say you want to look sexy in that swimsuit or have the perfect figure in a dress.

I respect that.

But why don’t we think “hey I want to be able to do five push-ups before I get to the end of the goal”.

“I want to do one body weight pull up”.

“I want to be able to run 5 km without losing my breath or having to stop in the middle”.

Everyone gets so fixated on seeing their dream body in 6 weeks.

But you forget it’s a lifetime goal.

Just because you get it doesn’t mean you’re going to keep it if you don't keep doing the same habits repeatedly.

There is never a final destination.

There’s only a “holy fuck I did it, I got here.. but…

Now I want to go there”.

I can’t tell you how many people I’ve worked with or how many people I know that have got that number that they’ve always wanted and wanted more.

An example is I used to say that 225 would be the ultimate goal for a clean and jerk.

Well I got it and now I want 315.

So remember to cherish the journey and set goals every step of the way.

Don’t get fixated on just the end but instead on the process of becoming who you know you can be.

Much love much respect

Are you prepared to do what’s necessary!?

There’s a big pain in this world when it comes to starting your fitness journey and making sure that you actually see success.

There’s so many sides and quick fixes out there but none of them actually give you long-term sustainable success.

The hardest part is actually starting now.

Nobody wants to be the first one.
Nobody wants to start, it's easier not to.

The problem with this is you’re always putting the exact same result in the exact same emotion.

So my question is:
Are you tired of this feeling?

You know how everyone says you always feel better after you do the work out?

And how those are the most important ones.

You’re not wrong, but the problem is starting.

We’ve all been there but we don’t want to actually put in the work or even think about working out.

But this does two things for you that are actually really important:

1️⃣ it helps you overcome self-doubt.

By doing the work out when you don’t want to, you train your mind to learn how to be OK with being uncomfortable.

You don’t achieve anything in life unless you get uncomfortable.
We’ve all experienced that with relationships, getting a job or graduating school.

2️⃣ it teaches you mental fortitude.

It gives you the ability to learn how not to give up on your own dreams.

The world has taught that it’s OK to take the easy way,

I want to quote Les Brown:

“If you do what is easy your life will be hard, but if you do what is hard your life will be easy.”

If you push through the hard things and just go for that 15 minute walk.

Do those 15 minutes of exercise.

Even though it’s hard, it’ll start to make your life easier because you’ll have a better life and you'll realize that you’re capable of achieving anything.

It’s the small things done consistently that add up to the big things.

If you need some motivation I have a free Facebook community that you’re more than welcome to join.

We hold each other accountable, we communicate and we build each other up especially on the days when we want to take it easy.

The first steps are hard but you don’t have to do it alone.

Much love much respect

Credit to from @fremontfatloss (@get_regrann) - What keeps you motivated? For me it’s the curiosity of the unknown. I have not been able to see my physique at peak level through how cut/shredded I can possibly get. That’s what excites me. The idea of what my body could look like if I was prepping for a contest for example just to see what I would look like. One step at a time and I will get there. Less BS through talking and more action. I’ll keep quiet for now but I want to make some exceptional changes. Time to get to work ! What are you doing today to take a step closer to your goals? 🧐
