Walked into the venue and looked at my mat. The nerves crept in, and started to regret signing up.

Then I realized I was healthy enough to even compete, I get to share the mats with the people I train AND work with, the people that love me are supporting me, and the professors coaches and team are here to guide me.

Thank you, God I was able to see the blessing and shift my mind toward gratitude.

Was able to earn the gold this time but more thankful for the dudes in my bracket being some solid / down to earth guys and we walked away with nothing broken lol. Thank you for the rounds!

Started 2026 in Europe. Beyond blessed by God to be able to travel and experience jiu jitsu with people on the other side of the world. Thank you @renmeltiong and @jdm_isla for letting me join the trip also for coaching and training me! Definitely wouldn’t even have the courage to come out to something like this alone. Or planning ability lol. Competing and being vulnerable is scary but I like how it clears the illusions I keep of myself. Thankful for @bossusdamien for showing me his fire ! Congratulations and Sorry for my spazz moments 😅 also ty @isthisryan for coming out supporting the grind ✊ lol. 2026 is just starting, gotta keep pushing ! On to the next 🫡

Pretty stoked to be able to skate with a lot of great people this past weekend for my birthday. In March this year, I broke a second bone in my ankle in less than a year AND tore my ATFL ligament.
