This week we are highlighting ISU Sparkles Squad! 📣❤️💛

Sparkles Squad is an inclusive cheer team that is made up of ISU students and members of Ames and DSM community who have intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Sparkles provides a safe space for members where they can be themselves and make friends. A lot of member’s favorite memories come from the opportunity to preform at basketball ball games, wrestling meets, gymnastics meets, and spirit walks!!

ISU Sparkles Squad Co-Captain Spotlight✨
Our lovely sister @ariellenaeve is here to tell us a bit about her experience!

Hi! My name is Arielle Naeve!
My major is Linguistics and I am from Gilmore City, IA.

I found out about Sparkles through some friends in my major and I was able to join the team! It's been one of the funnest and loving organizations that I've been apart of.

I love it because the team is full of amazing woman that share love, encouragement, smiles, and support to everyone.

Others should join and support the team because they truly show what it is like to love and spread kindness to all individuals! <3

If you are interested in joining or want yo know more about it just contact Arielle for more info:-)
