Some light footwork and shadow boxing in my new @humble_beast_lifestyle leggings 😍

First pair of leggings that don’t slide or move around, sooo silky comfortable, AND THEY MAKE MY BOOTY LOOK SO GOOOOOD 💯💯💯💯

3 weeks in a row of heavier hang snatches - and today @it_takes_deuce snatched an all time PR of 95kg! That’s officially more that off the ground & 5kg away from a 100/body weight snatch!! 💪🏾

My friend and I decided to have a protest last night. We started out 2 strong but we were joined by several others from the community! It was good to hear and feel the overwhelming positivity and support from people who truly care about black lives and change.
