Thank you to @torontolife for featuring Radici Project among Toronto’s best new restaurants of 2026.

What started as a dream rooted in Italian and Japanese traditions has become something we’re incredibly proud to share with this city every night.

Thank you to our incredible team and everyone who continues to support Radici Project.

On April 30th, Radici Project turned one 🌱

This past year still feels unreal. What started as a dream, inspired by experiences through Toronto, Rome, Paris, Copenhagen and Tokyo, became a place we now call home.
The road was not easy, but we never stopped believing in it.

Radici would not exist without the people around us, including some not in these photos, our friends Vincenzo and Angela, our architect and renovation hero Antonio, and all the friends who gave up their days off to help us build this place. Thank you for believing in us.
To our guests, staff, friends, and everyone who supported us this first year: thank you 💕

Here’s to year two. 🥂

These are just a few of the incredible people who showed up and moved like it mattered—because it did!
Thank you 🙏

I couldn’t have done this without every single dancer in these frames. You brought life, rhythm, and soul to this video 🕺🎶

Grateful for all of you—for your time, energy, and dedication to this project. Lots of love 💜
