Each year after returning from the Playa, I struggle deciding what I should share as my initial posts?

This year, I was involved in helping organize the events at @novaheaven_org ’s art installation “Let There Be Light”, I thought this would be a good place to start.

These videos from our Dust Rising - A Radical Expression of Sound Light and Dance Trance/Psy Trance event - for me, capture the raw, pure spirit/energy, passion of some of those who joined us - all who clearly love the dust, Playa and some deep and intense dancing. Thanks to so many artists though in these videos @infectedmushroom

I wanted to take a moment to thank all those that I worked with: @sasi_music_ @omer_buganim @galramott @ashleyfitelson @sarelbotavia @_ofiramir_ who put so much energy into the success of these events and the art installation

Thank you to all who led and helped build Let There Be Light designed by @liraz_uliel @klein_eran and @sasi_music_

Thank you to all the fire performers who showed up to entertain us, too many to name

Sorry if I missed anyone in my thanks above - you are loved and appreciated. My thanks continue in the first two comments below….

Most importantly, thank you to all who came to dance, move, experience and share in our art installation “Let There Be Light”.

It was all about sharing the light, life, joy, peace, happiness … and remembering those who are no longer with us and honouring those who still are, each and everyone one of those individuals who continue to inspire us to live life to the fullest each and every moment and each and every day.

I flew to Burning Man this year to volunteer at the @novaheaven_org camp, play a 7 hour back to back set with @sasi_music_ and stay until the very last day to dismantle the Nova “Let There Be Light” art installation. After 4 flights, I finally made it to the playa (special thx to @natasha_gayte ), greeted by blinding dust storms, followed by rain and freezing cold nights. I had a few sets scheduled, but due to weather conditions and logistics none of them actually happened 😬 (sorry to everyone who was there), except for the memorial set with Sasi (see recap in my previous post).
It was a deeply moving experience at the art installation on Saturday morning with our dear friends @guygilboadalal and @evyatar__david . The day after the Man Burn, we gathered our strength to take down the art installation, working 12 straight hours through skin chafing dust storms. We didn’t give up and completed the mission with a super tight crew.
A big loving thank you to everyone who was part of this extraordinary journey. ❤️‍🔥
Only together does it work! ✨🏜️
