Unlock tight hips & move stronger! 🏋️‍♂️💥

🔥 How to:

1. Looped band is anchored behind the back foot adds resistance, making the back leg work to stabilize and stretch.
2. The front leg is in a deep lunge, which targets the hip flexors, quads, and glutes.
3. Hands on the hips keep the torso upright, focusing the tension on the hips rather than the spine.

🛠️Commonly used for:
• Increasing hip extension mobility
• Activating glutes and hamstrings in a loaded stretch
• Improving stride length and hip stability for athletes

Better movement. Better strength. Less tension. Let your hips breathe. 💪 #MobilityMatters #MoveBetterLiftBetter #StrengthUnlocked
