Practice has always been big on the maternal energy.

So much love to these powerful ladies for holding space and creating a container for transformation day in and day out 💗

My 2025 in pictures & excerpts from my notes app. My theme for the year was ✨Miracles✨.

My biggest takeaway?

I can live my life like everything is a miracle, or nothing is. I’ve tried both.

I choose everything!

I am still reflecting on what my theme for 2026 will be. What is yours?

Thank you for 3 years of celebrating the changing seasons of our lives 🙏🥹💗

Together, we’ve celebrated in good times and held each other in challenging times. This circle has meant so much to @itisjz and I and we were so moved to hear how much it has meant to you too.

We are excited to channel this energy & time into the next evolution of this work - a book! 📖

Whether you’ve come to one Solstice & Equinox celebration or have been a regular part of our community, we are so grateful for your presence 🫶🏽

As we get closer to the longest night of the year we are invited to tend to the light within and cultivate the faith that brighter days are ahead. How do you welcome winter? ❄️

Our Winter Solstice Celebration is happening Wednesday, December 10 at Practice Yoga Church from 7:00–8:30 PM.

This one is special. After three years of honoring the seasons together, this will be our final Equinox + Solstice gathering in its current form. Jess and I are listening closely to where this work wants to go next—toward new creative projects, new expressions, a new evolution of this offering.

If you’ve been wanting to be part of this ritual, or to return one more time, we’d love to share this closing chapter with you.

Expect a gentle warming winter practice, seasonal altar building, and healing sound—an intimate space to soften into the stillness ahead.

Reserve your spot and help us honor the turning of the season—and the evolution of this beloved tradition.

With love,
Kaytee & Jess

Happy Halloween witches 🎃

1 & 2: A farmer, his dog, and a bunny mourning the loss of her husband to the tractor 🚜 🐰
3: Our neighbors dad’s brought his hearse to our cul de sac party
4: Then he asked if anyone would like to know how it feels to ride in the back, so of course I volunteered 💀🖤
5: Christopher Moltesanti & Adriana La Cerva out on the town
6: I was genuinely terrified by the Slender Man
7 & 8: Danced to Cumbia all night at Sahara Lounge 👻

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted my weekly teaching schedule so here we go:

Monday 9am - Flow @austinboulderingproject westgate
Tuesday 7:30pm - Vin Yin @practiceyogaaustin
Sunday 7:30pm - Yin @practiceyogaaustin

Often times, the more you teach, the less you take classes. Lately I’ve been diving back into being a student more and it’s felt oh so good. I am so honored to be a part of communities so rich with skillful teachers + kind souls. I hope I see you on the mat soon, whether I’m giving or receiving the beautiful benefits of yoga.
