Our Media Arts Leaders of Tomorrow (LoFT) event was a huge success, connecting students with industry professionals who are turning creativity into careers!
Students had the opportunity to explore careers in film production, digital media, entertainment, and the creative arts, while gaining valuable insight into career pathways, industry experiences, and advice from professionals in the field.

Supporting our youth extends in & out of the classroom! Growing up in Tulare, all our youth services have helped shape who I am today. I will always give back to my community! It’s our responsibility to lead them in a positive direction for our future! I’ve been blessed to have recently been recognized as a Tulare & Kings College + Career Collaborative Industry Champion (@tularecoe & @tjuhsdacademiesandpathways ). Tulare can count on me to support all our youth!

I want to extend an enormous THANK YOU to @theerichardtorrez & @tacboxing for always supporting our youth in Tulare. Collaborations like our most recent one with @tularecoe illustrate the passion we all have in leading our children in the right trajectory for a brighter future! I’m living proof of the impact the Torrez family has made on my life.

Four years. Two separate 800-hour paths. And a chapter of my life I will never forget.

I began these studies thinking I was deepening my education. I didn’t yet understand how deeply they would shape me.

Over these four years, I studied Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda through seasons of profound personal loss, change, responsibility, questioning, rebuilding, and becoming. There were moments when continuing felt effortless, and others when simply showing up was the practice.

It was a beautiful struggle.

These certificates represent years of study, clinical work, mentorship, reading, observation, practice, and experience, but the education was never confined to a curriculum. Some of the greatest lessons came from my teachers. Some came from books. Some came from sitting with people and listening deeply. And some could only come from living through life itself.

I leave these programs with more knowledge, yes but also with a deeper respect for the complexity of being human.

The work ahead is not about having every answer. It is about bringing together what I have learned in Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, movement, breath, rest, nervous-system support, ritual, and years of teaching, and meeting each person as an individual.

I feel profoundly grateful to the teachers who shared their wisdom with me, to the people who trusted me while I was learning, and even to the difficult seasons that asked me to embody what I was studying rather than simply understand it intellectually.

Now, I am ready for the next chapter.

To take the information.
The knowledge.
The lived experience.
The wisdom generously passed to me.

And put it into service.

My work now brings these paths together Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, breath, movement, rest, and lived experience, with emphasis on Rasayana “Youthing” Ayurveda’s traditional practice of rejuvenation, renewal, and longevity, supporting the body and mind in aging with greater strength, clarity, and vitality. Weight management, stress and anxiety, sleep issues, and nervous-system support.
