Fun fact about @its.alexklein 😮

Sometimes grit is showing up in spaces where part of you still wonders if you belong.

My first solo HYROX Pro race felt like one of those spaces.

There was a part of me that wondered if I was ready for this level. If my body could handle it or if belonged on that start line.

Then I raced.

And somewhere between the nerves and the finish line, I realized I wasn’t just surviving it. I was strong, I was capable, and I belonged there.

I’ll keep choosing the rooms and spaces that challenge me. For myself, and for every woman and girl who wishes she could right now.

There’s still so much of me left to discover.

ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT | Alex Klein💚

Meet Alex Klein—proof that you don’t need a running background to become a HYROX athlete.

When Alex joined Vault, she wasn’t looking for just another workout. She wanted a place with no ego, no drama, and a community that genuinely supports one another. Through consistent training, expert coaching, and HYROX-specific programming, she built the confidence and fitness to take on her first HYROX race.

This year, Alex proudly competed in her first HYROX in New York City, crossing the finish line with confidence after months of hard work. Now, she’s back in training and setting her sights on HYROX DC this September, ready to raise the bar once again.

I sat down with Olympian @paigemadden1. Medals and all.

We got deep into the kind of conversation only two people who have navigated their own autoimmune disease journey really understand.

Did I mention she’s just like you and me?
#GrittyGirls #BreakingBarriers

More of her story with autoimmune, her sport, the best quote of the whole conversation, all of it, will be dropping over the following weeks.

Stay tuned. Stay gritty.
