A walking boot isn’t stopping Amanda. 👏🔥
While an injury may change the workout, it doesn’t change the commitment. Amanda continues to show up, put in the work, and stay focused on her goals. We’re modifying her workouts to meet her where she is right now, allowing her to train safely while still getting a great workout and making progress.
Progress isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about showing up consistently, adapting when needed, and refusing to let setbacks become stop signs. Amanda’s positive attitude and dedication are exactly why she’s continuing to move forward.
So proud of you, Amanda. Keep crushing it! 👏🏼💪🏼👊🏼

👏🏼💫Let’s give it up for Amanda ~ the D1 Pittsburgh West Athlete of the month! 💫👏🏼
Amanda was inspired to join D1 because she was feeling lost at her previous gym & wasn’t getting anywhere with the their training. Her stepdaughter left a D1 business card in her car after a photo shoot @d1trainingpghwest ~ she called, tried a class & now here she is ~ the July AOTM! 🤩
Amanda sees small achievements every day during class & consistently sees big changes in both strength & endurance. Her biggest achievement so far is doing a 12” box jump for the first time! 💥With Michelle’s help, encouragement, & guidance she overcame not just a physical hurdle, but a mental one as well! 👊🏼Amanda’s fitness goals are to continue to lose weight & feel strong & confident in her body. And she does feel that way after every class at D1. She knows if she takes care of her body now, it’ll take care of her later! 💪🏼
FUN FACTS ABOUT @its.amaysing
🏈She’s the wife of a former football player.
💐She’s a mom to 2 grown sons & stepmom to 2 (16 year old girl & 14 year old boy).

💒She’s an ordained minister & has officiated over 20 weddings!

We’re lucky to have you on this journey with us, Amanda. Keep grinding, keep leveling up, & keep inspiring!🎉🌟

Good morning everyone! Up next from the from the Amazing 12 Ohio I am proud to introduce Amanda Mays.
Amanda recently graduated from the Amazing 12 week program and absolutely crushed it!!
She completely transformed her body, mind and spirit. Amanda lost a lot of body fat, gained a ton of muscle, strength and endurance.
Amanda's strength gains were impressive, her Squat max started at 90lbs, she finished her program being able to Squat 110lbs for multiple consecutive reps.
Her endurance increased dramatically, able to run a mile & a half easily for a personal best the final week of her program.
Amanda lost 30lbs of body weight, a lot of inches completely changing her body composition.

I ask all of my Amazing 12 participants to tell me about their experience,
