My heart is so incredibly full 💕

I am the luckiest woman in the world to have a village that loves me so unconditionally, supports me so unwaveringly, and reminds me that no amount of distance could ever diminish the relationships we have.

Being back home after more than a year away reminded me just how much of who I am is because of the people I have been fortunate enough to love and be loved by. So much of the woman I am today is a reflection of the kindness, strength, and love that each of you has poured into me over the years.

There is something so bittersweet about building a life somewhere new while knowing that so much of my heart will always belong somewhere else. This week reminded me that home has never really been a place, but the people who make me feel loved, known, and understood, no matter how much time has passed.

I could not have imagined a more meaningful way to ring in 27. My cup is overflowing, my spirit is replenished, and my heart is somehow both a little heavier from saying goodbye and so much fuller from having been together.

I love each and every one of you more deeply than words could ever express. Thank you for being my village, my roots, and the half of my heart that will always live in Utah.🫶🏻

there’s something really special about finding people who are so rooted in who they are that they don’t need to compete with anyone else.

that’s what costa rica gave me.

i was surrounded by women who were building businesses, chasing big dreams, healing, growing, and becoming. but instead of comparison, there was encouragement. instead of feeling like we had to prove ourselves, we celebrated each other.

i think that’s what happens when people truly love themselves. they’re able to give that love away so freely because they aren’t protecting it or fighting for it. there’s enough to go around.

being around people who are passionate and driven made me want to become a better version of myself—not because i felt behind, but because their courage reminded me of my own.

the right friendships don’t make you feel smaller. they make you feel safer. they remind you that someone else’s success doesn’t take away from yours. if anything, it expands what’s possible for all of us.

i left costa rica with so much more than memories. i left believing even more deeply that the people we surround ourselves with shape the way we see ourselves.

i’m endlessly grateful for my roommates, for every woman at that retreat, and for the reminder that life feels so much lighter when we choose community over competition.

here’s to finding people who clap the loudest when you win—and inspire you to keep becoming, right alongside them. 🤍

I’ve been thinking about last Thursday’s Work-Life Balance panel ever since we wrapped up.

As the founder of Ember Women, I spend a lot of time planning events, coordinating details, and hoping that every woman who walks through the door leaves with something meaningful.

Last week reminded me why I do this.

The conversation wasn’t about having the perfect morning routine or finding the secret to “doing it all.”

It was about hearing successful women admit they’ve struggled with burnout, questioned their priorities, navigated seasons of overwhelm, and learned that balance isn’t something you achieve once—it’s something you continually redefine.

To our incredible panelists, @amberplantllc, @its.carolinegrace , and @howtobeauthentic —thank you.

Thank you for your vulnerability, wisdom and for sharing not just your successes, but the lessons you’ve learned through the difficult seasons too.

You gave every woman in the room permission to let go of perfection and embrace a more intentional way of living and leading.

One of my favorite moments wasn’t even on the stage—it was afterward, watching women linger in conversation long after the event had ended. New friendships were forming, stories were being shared, and you could feel the power of women realizing they weren’t alone.

That’s what Ember Women has always been about.

Creating spaces where ambitious women don’t just network—they connect.

To everyone who attended, thank you for making it such a special evening. And to our panelists, thank you for reminding us that success isn’t about doing everything—it’s about building a life that’s aligned with what matters most.

What’s one lesson you’ve learned about work-life balance that has changed the way you live or lead? I’d love to hear it below.

What if the goal isn’t to do it all…

What if it’s to build a life that actually feels good while you’re doing it?

I think every ambitious woman has asked herself at some point:

“How am I supposed to balance my career, my relationships, my family, my health… and still have something left for myself?”

The truth?

No one has it all figured out.

That’s exactly why we created this event.

✨ Work-Life Balance: How Successful Women Make It Work isn’t another panel where women pretend everything is perfect.

It’s an honest conversation with women who are building meaningful careers, leading teams, raising families, running businesses, and navigating the same challenges so many of us face every day.

They’re sharing what actually works.
The boundaries they’ve had to set.
The mistakes they’ve made.
The lessons they wish they’d learned sooner.

If you’ve ever felt stretched too thin…
If you’ve questioned whether you’re doing enough…
If you’ve wondered how other women seem to make it all work…

This conversation is for you.

💛 You’ll leave with practical strategies.
💛 You’ll leave feeling less alone.
💛 You’ll leave knowing that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of your well-being.

Seats are limited, and this is one of those conversations you’ll wish you hadn’t missed.

🎟️ Grab your ticket through the link in our bio before they’re gone.

I don’t usually go to rooms this big. I prefer the small ones. 8 in a kitchen. 4 around a fire. 12 in a room where no one gets to disappear. Something said this one was different. I went.

The morning before the flight I had to let my Tilly go. She was 6 mos old when I opened the studio. She built this with me. I packed my bag in a fog and got on the plane anyway because something said I had to. Christ I didn’t want to...but I did.

27 women showed up to the jungle. Not for the content. Not for the curriculum. They came because at some point you realize the thing that’s actually going to change you is not a strategy. It’s a room.

I watched them go IN. Into themselves. Into each other. Not the curated version of going in. The kind where someone catches a sentence you didn’t mean to say out loud and refuses to let you walk it back. The jungle never lies.

I watched us all show up flawed. Lit from the inside. Creative in the way only a person who has stopped performing creativity can be. Hungry without apology. Devoted without flinching.

That’s the through line. Flaws, light, creative, hungry, devoted. That is what an undeniable leader is made of. Not the polish. Not the certificate. Not the funnel.

Coaching is not only about information. I mean, it is, but it isn’t. The information is the floor. The room is the lift. You can build a beautiful container online and still miss the part where another human looks at you across the table and refuses to accept the small version of yourself you arrived with...and you’re compelled to ugly cry on day one because you feel like you’re disappointing your entire bloodline by daring to be there.

In person is where the synergy strikes you at your core and it doesn’t shake loose, it tightens.

The leader is always the work. The human is the leverage point. I keep saying it because every plateau I have sat with as a coach has been a leader trying to scale without becoming.

I came home knowing what I already knew, sharper. This is what I do in the rooms I do it in. Whatever door you walk through to get here, it ends in the same place. You being the work. You are the goal. You are the price. The room makes you undeniable.

I’m not the same woman I was 8 days ago

Because I did one thing wildy braver than I ever have before

I said the DANGEROUS PRAYER…

“Give me 5 years of growth in 5 months”

And it scared the shit out of me.

But as a master of fear, I knew it was in alignment because now I have something beyond just me I am living for.

For the impact on my clients.

For my Family. My son.

For every woman that came before me and every woman that comes after me.

Because it’s a huge disservice to hold onto my dreams any longer because someone out there is praying for the transformation that I have the experience, capacity, and knowledge to reveal.

I’ve been hiding. Deep in the postpartum trenches-ashamed that I don’t look the same, perform the same, show up the same and grieving the woman before I became a mother.

Until I realized at this retreat, looking in the eyes of every woman in there transforming right before my eyes that the woman before didn’t have this capacity expanding in her heart-contracting and stretching to hold more, do more, and be more.

And the power of my thoughts, intentions, language to myself is the creator of my reality. And after that dangerous prayer- I received confirmation

“And so it is”

Let’s fuckin rage.

Thank you @theartofreese for ANOTHER incredibly life changing retreat

I walked into Costa Rica wanting to leave.

Not because of the women.
Not because of the container.

Because grief had arrived with both feet and no intention of leaving.

And if I’m honest, there was a part of me that believed I needed to choose.

Choose grief or leadership.

Choose heartbreak or expansion.

Choose the firestorm or the future.

Choose the woman connecting w 27 women in a room wholeheartedly or the woman quietly trying to survive her own life.

But that’s not how any of this works.

And maybe that’s the biggest lesson I took home.

Leadership isn’t the absence of complexity.

It’s the capacity to hold it.

I can be grieving and deeply in love.

I can be navigating loss and building something extraordinary.

I can be managing a firestorm and recalibrating to 100k months.

I can be broken open and fully present.

None of those truths cancel each other out.

Somewhere along the way we’ve been taught that power looks composed.

That leadership looks clean.

That certainty comes before movement.

I don’t believe that anymore.

I think the strongest women I know are the ones willing to hold contradictory truths without abandoning themselves in the damned process.

This week reminded me of that.

Twenty-seven women.
A jungle.
A thousand conversations.
A million mirrors.

And profound gratitude for every woman who showed up willing to be seen.

Not despite the complexity.

Because of it.

did you know that you become most like the people you surround yourself with?

for years, i found myself in rooms that didn’t challenge me to grow. i stayed comfortable, played small, and kept hitting the same ceilings in my business and my life.

in 2026, i made a different decision.

i started surrounding myself with women who believe so deeply in their gifts, their medicine, and their mission that they create extraordinary results while staying fully themselves.

they’re barefoot. they’re boujee. they’re rich bitches.

and being in costa rica has reminded me that the right environment changes everything.

i’ve learned so much here, and i can’t wait to bring this energy back to orlando.

stay tuned for what’s coming next 🤭

if you’ve been wanting to step into a bigger version of yourself, you’re going to want to be in my orbit 🪐✨
