A rebirth was needed (story time as some point in the near future). Love having long hair but the great thing about hair is that it grows back!

A reminder of what exercise can be and that it can look different for everyone! This video begins with a dance class led by my great grandmother on her 100th birthday.

You do not need a gym to get active or weighted equipment, however strength training 1000% has its benefits. I’ve been “active” my entire life, but have been consistently and seriously strength training for 3 years. My family and loved ones in older generations have been dealing with more and more health issues, which led me to pursue my studies in fitness and nutrition.

What originally began as acquiring knowledge for self and family became much more, as people close to me noticed a change in my energy, happiness and appearance, which directly encouraged them to further focus on their health. This is the main reasoning behind my girlfriend Nina and I founding our business, Habitual Health Collective, spreading awareness, encouraging health focused choices and coaching those that want to take the guess work out of how to begin or maintain a healthier future. It doesn’t get much better than knowing you made a positive impact on someone else and their life.

I now move more effectively and efficiently, have much more energy, get injured/sore far less, and am capable of performing the sports/hobbies I love at an increased caliber, all while weighing an average of 20 pounds more than I was. I was stuck focusing on the number on the scale, either being “skinny fat” or scrawny due to lack of knowledge, which had me either eating far too little or doing far too much intense cardio and making nothing but backwards progress.

Fat loss isn’t always weight loss! Please feel free to reach out with any and all questions! Get out there, have fun, be kind and MOVE YOUR BODY🙌🏽
