Maybe millennials aren’t having a midlife crisis. Maybe we’re having a midlife awakening.

We did what we were told would make us happy. We got the degree, built the career, bought the things, started the families, and checked all the boxes.

And somewhere along the way, a lot of us started asking… “Is this really what I want my life to look like?”

Not because we’re ungrateful. Not because we’ve failed. But because we’re finally brave enough to question what we were taught success was supposed to look like.

I know what it feels like to walk away from the security of a corporate 9–5, something I spent years building, and choose a different path. It was terrifying. But it gave me back my time, more financial flexibility, and the freedom to build a life that feels like MINE.

And maybe that’s what this season is really about.

Realizing that a good salary doesn’t automatically mean a fulfilling life. That being busy isn’t the same as being happy. And that you can be grateful for everything you’ve built while still wanting something different.

You are allowed to outgrow a life that once looked perfect on paper. You’re allowed to change your mind. To want more time instead of more things. To prioritize freedom over a title. To build something that aligns with who you are now, not who you thought you had to become.

Maybe we aren’t falling apart. Maybe we’re waking up to the fact that we only get one life, and we don’t want to spend the rest of it living by someone else’s definition of success.

So here’s the question I want you to sit with:

If nobody could judge you, you couldn’t disappoint anyone, and money wasn’t the deciding factor would you still be living the life you’re living today?

Because our children are always watching.
They are listening to the way we speak about ourselves.
They notice how we treat our bodies.
They watch how we move, nourish ourselves, handle setbacks, and chase goals.

They are learning what confidence looks like through US.

Are we teaching them that worth is tied to a number on the scale?
Or are we teaching them that strength, health, energy, confidence, and self-respect matter more?

Move your body because you love it — not because you hate it.
Fuel yourself properly.
Speak kindly about yourself.
Set goals and show them what consistency looks like.
Show them what it means to keep promises to yourself.

Because you are raising the next generation.

Hold yourself to a higher standard.
Hold yourself to a higher accountability.
Not for perfection… but because little eyes are watching how to become who they will one day be. ✨

Mother’s Day isn’t just about being celebrated it’s about honouring the women who helped shape the mother I am today.

I know Mother’s Day is all about family, but for me, it’s also about the women who have poured into me, loved on my babies, supported me, challenged me, held space for me, and helped me become a better mama.

The women who show up. The women who remind me I’m not doing this alone. The women who love my kids like an extension of their own hearts. The women who make motherhood feel lighter, softer, safer, and more beautiful.

Because yes, I’m their mom. But I’m also a better mom because of the women who have impacted me along the way.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who mother, mentor, nurture, lead, love, and leave people better than they found them.

It’s funny the wrong perceptions NWM industry can get. And one being, female competition.

I’m sorry to be the one to tell you this, but it is the complete opposite of what you think it is.

this industry has brought more women into my life who are like minded, strong, BADASS women helping others succeed. No secrets, no gate keeping, and I’ve had some of the most deepest, life conversations with these women that I will hold on to for life.

some of us are moms, some are not

some of us work full time, and work our businesses alongside that

some of us have some sales experience, some of us don’t

some of us have NEVER MET BEFORE, and then all of a sudden, you have the strongest bond with them

this industry gets so overlooked, and maybe it’s overlooked because everyone is happy, and having a fucking hoot 🤣

there is always room for you at the table, babe 🩷

vegas day one—are you kidding me!?!!
this is my fourth year here, and hands down… my favorite yet.

the vibes were calm, intentional, aligned, and full of love.
And this conference? It’s not just a conference. It’s the conversations. the connection.

when I started this business, I wasn’t looking for community. I just wanted to feel better about myself… and everything else fell into place.

I didn’t come from a sales background. I had never been in network marketing before. I knew ONE person when I joined. I was scared. I was nervous.

deep down, I knew I was made for more—and when the opportunity showed up, I said yes.
