Throwback to these photos I took over a year ago. It was a major step towards the style I’m creating for myself. (Whatever that means) 😭

I hope to get a response soon.

Kind Regards,
Ebube.

“STORM”: Makda’s Story of Triumph and Tradition

Through my lens, I capture the resilience of those who have journeyed far from their homelands, bringing with them rich traditions and cultural heritage. My latest project, Storm: Makda’s Story of Triumph and Tradition, explores the experiences of individuals, like Makda from Eritrea, who have weathered life’s storms and found refuge in new lands.

From the traditional zuria to the jebena, each photograph tells a story of survival, identity, and cultural preservation. This is just the beginning, I’ll continue documenting the powerful stories of those who carry their traditions across borders, showcasing the strength and beauty of displaced cultures that find new homes.
