October is going to be a BIG one. 🪩🏳️‍🌈✨ This month isn’t just another month at Legends, it’s the end of one chapter and the beginning of a brand new one. We’re kicking things off with First Friday and Chloe Cassidy’s Birthday Show, followed by two more weekends in the place we’ve called home for 35 years. Then comes ONE FINAL WEEKEND on Hargett Street. 🥹 And just one week later… ONE GRAND BEGINNING. ✨ Our first weekend at our brand-new home on Cabarrus Street. Then, because October apparently wasn’t already big enough, we’re closing it out with HALLOWEEN WEEKEND. 🎃👻 So many incredible entertainers. So many memories still to make. One final goodbye and one very exciting hello. October 2026 - you’re going to be one for the history books. ❤️ #LegendsHasIt #LegendsRaleigh #SpotlightTheater #RaleighNC

A little late posting this, but some moments deserve more than a quick photo dump. We’ve spent the last couple of weeks reflecting on our first-ever Knightdale Pride Block Party, and honestly… we’re still not sure we’ve found the words for it. On June 20, Unhinged Coffee & Co., alongside our incredible neighbors @firstandmainnc, we turned N. First Ave. into a celebration of community, queer joy, acceptance, and a whole lot of love. When Pride Month rolled around, we’d only been open a few months. We realized our growing little town didn’t have a Pride celebration of its own, and something about that didn’t sit right with us. So we decided to change that. As a queer-owned business, getting to host what we hope is the first of many Pride celebrations in Knightdale was one of the greatest privileges we’ve ever had. We built Unhinged to be more than a coffee shop. We built it to be a place where everyone belongs. Looking out at our street filled with families, local artists, small businesses, drag performances, laughter, hugs, and so much joy is something we’ll never forget. To every vendor, sponsor, volunteer, food truck, drag queen, Moss Kids Books, our neighbors at First & Main, and everyone who worked behind the scenes, thank you for making this day possible. And to every single person who showed up, thank you for celebrating with us, supporting local, and helping us raise nearly $800 for The Trevor Project to support LGBTQ+ youth. If there’s one thing we hope people took away from this day, it’s this: You have a place here. Whether you’re queer, an ally, or simply looking for a coffee shop where you can show up exactly as you are… You belong here. So grab a drink. Pull up a chair. Stay awhile. Because this has always been, and always will be, your neighborhood coffee shop. And if this year’s celebration taught us anything… Knightdale Pride 2027 is going to have some big shoes to fill. 🧡
