If the board looks short… and the 6am class leaves you a note on the board…. we’re all f*cked. 😂

Same workout. Same suffering. Same mental breakdown halfway through. 💀

So be someone’s biggest cheerleader. 📣
Because when your body quits, sometimes it’s the person next to you that gets you over the line.

Strong people don’t just push themselves. They pull others with them. 🔥

Tag your training partner who suffers with you. 👇

The simpler the workout board... the more suspicious I get. 😂

Give me variety, chaos, and a bit of confusion any day. Repeating the same movements for 40 minutes? That’s my idea of mental torture. 😅

The workout was tough physically... but the biggest battle was convincing my brain to keep doing the same thing over and over.

Sometimes the hardest reps aren’t for your body—they’re for your mindset. And that’s exactly why we keep showing up. 💪🔥

Be honest... are you Team Variety or Team Repetition? 👇

⚽️ WORLD CUP 2026 ⚽️

At Boxica, we are so lucky to have an amazing community from all over the world, and with the World Cup kicking off, we want to wish every nation the very best of luck! 🏆🌍

To celebrate, we'll be turning our Saturday morning classes into World Cup themed sessions throughout the tournament 🏟️

We'd love to see you proudly wearing your national colours, football shirts, or team kits as we bring a little World Cup spirit into the gym! 🇦🇷🇧🇷🇫🇷🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇩🇪

Each week we'll have fun challenges, games, prizes, and maybe even a few language lessons along the way! 😜

This Saturday we're kicking things off (no pun intended 😉) with our first challenge:

⚽️ KICK-UP CHALLENGE ⚽️

How many kick ups can you do without dropping the ball?

🏆 Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female performers.

Let's see which nation comes out on top 🌍

Last weekend recap 🫶🏼

The number of things that went wrong before serving dinner at 7:30 PM on Saturday felt straight out of a chapter of A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Looking back, I can finally laugh about it. 😅

Maybe I needed to find myself standing in the middle of my kitchen at 6:15 PM, surrounded by shattered glass and olive oil covering every surface and floor, to remember that sometimes it really isn’t that serious.

Despite the chaos, I went to bed that night with the fullest heart. There was something truly magical about this dinner — the people, the conversations, the laughter, and the energy shared around the table.
It was one of those nights that reminded me exactly why I started this.

Thank you @lifewithsano for capturing the evening so beautifully.
Thank you @nzbayoud & my fav helper, Mohamed, for helping me navigate all the kitchen shenanigans.
And thank you to everyone who came and trusted me to feed you.❤️‍🔥

My heart is full, and I’m so grateful. 🫶🏼

See you at the next dinner.

Final spots remaining for June 27 🧿
