The road to No-Gi Worlds starts here. 🌎🏆

Every Tuesday and Thursday, we’re putting in serious work at @legion_ajj. High-level training, tough rounds, and everyone pushing each other to get better.

The goal is simple: show up at the @ibjjf No-Gi World Championship better than ever. 🔥

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just hard work and a room full of killers chasing the same goal.

December is getting closer… ⏳

Who’s competing at No-Gi Worlds this year? 👀👇

Drop a 🔥 if you’re putting in the work too!
Big shoutout to @its.sainz for capturing the intensity and energy of these sessions

What an honor and privilege, and truly, a full-circle moment, to sit across from one of the greatest female legends our sport has ever seen, Leticia Ribeiro.

A 9-time IBJJF World Champion and 2-time No-Gi World Champion, she has given so much to Jiu-Jitsu itself and to the generations of women who’ve followed in her footsteps; proving what women could accomplish in this sport and opening doors that once didn’t exist. Her legacy isn’t just in the titles; it’s in every female she’s inspired to step onto the mats and believe it was possible.

Grateful beyond words for the chance to hear her story and help celebrate everything she’s built. I’ve looked up to her since my white belt years, and getting to sit across from her now is a full-circle moment I’ll always cherish.

Thank you, @jopstudio, for making this moment possible 💙🥋Jiu- Jitsu is truly a beautiful thing ✨

Jiu jitsu started 3 years ago for me. I told my coaches @truckmaster_flex @solicit.10p I was going to make a living with this sport, July 1, 2023 on the way back over the border from @adcc_official Tijuana. Quit my jobs (had a few going, but that’s a story for another time or in court) and went all in. 2 world titles, a pro mma fight, 80+ matches, couple of surgeries and now I’m opening my own wrestling gym to share my love of combat sports with others.

None of it happens without @truckmaster_flex @solicit.10p @keenancornelius @kaynanduarte @ronaldojuniorbjj @jonnatas_gracie @rafaelaguedesjj (even though you bully your American brother everyday) @trabjj_ @kyleboehm10p @tanktrainedwrestling @pbarch10p @mihajj @sloanclymer @pichaelmerez @matsensewrestling @jflojudo @jockowillink @santacruzmedicinals @its.sainz @flowhold @eddiebravo10p @mojassim80 @jtmoneymma
