Watching from Brenda’s office. So proud of her. Everything we learned from Coach Vigil lives in moments like this. I know he’s smiling. His legacy will live forever. #Vigilante

Speed development is a big part of how we train. This is a secondary workout on top of our three primary workouts each week.

Workout: 3 x 60m flys + 2 x 120m

Flying 60s build raw speed.
120s build the ability to hold that speed and stay efficient. Both connect directly to the 400m.
As that improves, so does everything else; 800m, 1500m, 3K and 5k.

Everything we do builds off the next.
